It's been five years since Luke was born and I still don't wear mine, except for special occasions. After the babes came along, I worried about scratching them, so didn't bother putting my rings back on after I removed them around month 5....
You may find that once your wee one is born, you wear only your wedding band and save your diamond for special times.
